A local news reporter, Jay Dow, was first on the scene as we were transported into the terminal at LaGuardia. It was right after the crash and I was looking at the video footage on my iPad when he and his cameraman from WPIX Channel 11 in New York walked up.

I am currently working on a documentary series for Channel 5 (UK) and international distribution which will examine why aviation flights go wrong.
